I need to replace my front bumper of a 1999 Grand Prix gtp, need to know if the front bumper clip is what Im looking for. Im a female being told different outrageous prices, thanks

The clip is the whole front end. I'm thinking you need a replacement bumper cover. eBay has them starting at $100 up to $300 painted. I would call local scrap yards to see what they have. Shipping is expensive for a large item and paint can run around $300 so try for a local pick up and your color.

$900 sounds about right for a bumper cover with paint and installation at a body shop. And of course they're warning you it could be more because there might be hidden damage they can't see till they take it apart. If you need to fix it cheap, follow the advice above. Find a used one at a salvage yard, hopefully in the same color as yours and find a helpful friend to install it for you. It's not all that difficult to do.
