what kind of wrench or socket do I need to remove the bolt on a 1999 grand prix gas tank straps?

I need to drop my gas tank on my 99 grand prix but one of the straps has a bolt an angle.
how do I remove it?

Not trying to be a smartass, but you need to use whatever tool will work. Its a 3/8 bolt. Try a short universal socket and pry the strap out of the way. http://www.ehow.com/how_7714763_remove-2000-pontiac-grand-prix.html
