99 grand prix no lights on dash and no crank

when I turn the key there is nothing, no dash lights, no cranking, fuses all
have power both under the hood and inside

I'm guessing I must know as much if not more than the people who designed this website, because there were no answers posted. This doesn't surprise me a bit, most of these sites have proved to be a bunch of bs.

I have similar problem. 03 Grand Prix. No start, no power, no lights , changed and charged battery, checked cables, checked ignition. Help.
