1998 Grand Prix 3.8 Wont start No dash lights

I have a 1998 Grand Prix 3.8.  The car will not turn over and does not have any dash lights. The radio and mesage center work.  Exterior lights work.  But no dash lights and will not turn over.  Sounds like fuel pump isnt running or no ignition relay click when you go to power car on.  Any ideas?
