where is the throtle position sensor

I need to change this sensor where is it?

Hello harleydiva-- The throttle position sensor on your 1996 Pontiac Grand Prix is connected to the throttle shaft on the throttle body. Hi,I have a Pontiac grand prix gt 2004 and I want to know where is the tps sensor located and if this sensors can cause me problems with my transmission shifts if it is not working right?
