2004 Grand Am is down 2 cyclinders. Replaced PCM but is still misfiring on one cyclinder. Fuel injection appears to be working. What is going on?

This ended up being a broken valve spring on cyclinder #2! Got the right mechanic who diagnosed it in less than 24 hours. I'm back behind the wheel!
