Is cel on? If so what are the codes. Double check that maf is properly plugged in. Check that plug wires are all the way on. And did you use boot grease when reattaching the plug wires. Are coil packs screwed down all the way and is wire harnesses completely plugged in?

if I ran fine right before you did all this I would make sure you put the plug wires back on in the correct order, also if there is a cel (check engine light) do like dandyoun said and get the codes, by getting the car scanned for free at advance auto

Gs should be 2.4L. Plugs wires nearly impossible to get crossed up. But anything possible I guess.
