On a Ford, you can add another one yourself, as a third key, if you have two working keys. Other wise chevy is right, a dealer, mechanic or locksmith that has the appropriate tools to cut and program the key.
How many working keys do you have. You need to start with 2. If you have none then a locksmith is in your future.
