2001 grand marquis. MYSTERY ISSUE

I have checked anything thought to be causing it not to
start but i can't pinpoint the problem. It was leaking fuel
from an injector, thought that was the issue however still
wont start, only cranks, pump is good, re placed fuel filter,
sparkplugs, checked inertia switch, and relays . Shows 0
codes on reader
