We have 2001 grand marquis not cranking engine
turn won't start check no power to fuel pump took
the fuel pump out it works with jumper cables tried
starting fluid no crank all fuses are good I don't
know what to do nect

Replace the fuel pump relay, they go bad. Also check the inertial cut- off switch on the L side of the inside trunk. If it got tripped, would cut off the pump.
