I had an 83 crown Victoria did this see if there are any fuses with a tester light that go to fuel pump fuel system or relay. Also check line to see if it's backwards that messed mine up get in a hurry and put the intake on outtake.

There is an inertial cut-off switch in the trunk on the left side. Check that.
