What does it mean when your low bumps, high bumps, and dash light keep going off while driving?

I think you mean beams not bumps though. You didn't state weather you had automatic lights or manual but if you have automatic headlights try working them manually (turn headlight switch to the right is manual control) see if it still does it Ford has a lot of problems with there automatic headlight system. If that doesn't fix your probably your going to have to get more in depth to the problem.

Check your vehicle for a recall notice and bulletins to see if there are an special extended warranties for your vehiclei's year - they did have a lot of problems reported by consumers.
