Car runs but loses all electric power I wait 10 or 15 mins. And car starts back up until power goes out again

Interesting problem. One thing I would check are those fusable links going from the battery positive to the electrical system. Another would be a bad relay (or high-amp fuse), but don't know which one. Another possibility, is a bad ground (cable) from the batt. negative to the frame/engine.
