Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 06 lincoln town car signature L.  I've lost power to the radio and windows, everything else works.  What's up?

I'm of the opinion that the problem might be with a circuit breaker in the engine fuse box. But, after hitting a big bump today, power was restored. I haven't had a chance to check out the fuse box yet, maybe tomorrow.
