DDoes any one know how to fix or had this problem on 2000 lincoln town car?

2000 lincoln town car starts right up when weather is cold,but if its warm its like
the battery is dead and i have to boost it.I replaced the battery with a new one,
but it didn"t help.

Does the engine turn while trying to start it when there is a problem? If so I would suspect the starter or battery or solenoid cable at the starter.
