Car not staying charge

My husband replace the starter, alternator, and battery on
his 1998 lincoln town car but for some particular reason its
not staying charge to anyone no what the problem could be
please

You have a parasitic drain problem check all of your fuses has anything extra been added to the car? bad wiring plays a role. possible bad ground under the hood or located somewhere else
