town car will not go over 30mph

i have a 98 lincoln town car i was driving around town all day i went in for an oil
change and got two used tires on the front tho they are bigger then the back but
not my car wont go over 35mph

Put the bigger tires on the back axle, the smaller tires up front and try driving car.
