Replaced the stereo in my Lincoln now the dash lights nor the radio comes on, please
advise

Replaced it? How? With an after market radio or factory? If you did the after market thing you cut into the dash light wires. You'll have to pull the radio and double check your transmissions work.

I did the after market thing and checked the transmissions as well but still no progress, please advise !
