There are millions of bolt on parts out there for the 5.7 Hemi but it all depends on how much power and how much your willing to sped. They are bolt on supercharger kits.

these engines are really easy to get some extra hp. first upgrade you should do is a 190 degree t-stat. heat soak on these engines is a killer. secondly go get an AFE stage 2 cold air intake. do not get a K&N. research has shown they actually cause a loss in hp. both those upgrades are dirt cheap and will give a little power. if you want to take it a step further go get a full exhaust system (i believe magnaflow makes a great system for the hemi) and a predator tune. the tune will really wake the hemi up. all those upgrades will really make that hemi sound great and give some easy power.
