My Jeep won’t shut the alarm system off I had to take my horn fuses out not sure What I’m supposed to do

The flashing red light above my thermostat wht does that mean I change my alternate I do need to get a new key cause my remote don’t work the inside is jack up need answer

my 2006 jeep grand Cherokee 3.5l over heated NO LEAKS @ all I put oil tranny fluid & water when it cooled down now it won't start what do I do??PLEASE HELP
