the vacuum line usually runs along the firewall and goes through the wiper cowling, def sounds like a vacuum problem though

may also be on the passenger side near the pcm going through the body, if a main hose is pinched or broken it will also cause this. Does it idle weird?

under the hood there should be a sticker giving your vacuum line layout as well as your EVAP line layout hope this all helps and good luck, you can follow it as a schematic for your vac lines

remove your passenger side headlight and for a vacuum hose there. there is an elbow that rots away and causes loss of vacuum. i am a jeep technician and owner and i have dealt with this problem multiple times
