Found the connection but it had a rubber cap on it. So I removed the rubber cap and placed vacuum line. Drove it around the block and came back and looked under hood to see if any issue and discovered a pin size leak on radiator where the hose clamps on. So my question now is that the reason why there was a cap placed on the connection for the HVAC hose?

Does attaching the a/c vacuum hose to the manifold cause the pressure to be higher? Cause leak is not noticeable when the vacuum hose is disconnected? Just wondering. Don't really know a lot bout cars. Thanks for the answer.
