Jeep grand Cherokee 2003

I change my radiator on my 2003 jeep grand cherokee
laredo but accidentally touch my battery positive side with
the ratchet and do sparks now i tried to start and do
nothing just lights on the dashboard but no sounds or
clicking any idea's??

I think with the ground contact on your positive terminal, you blew one or a few of your relays. Worst case scenario, you have a fried circuit board.
