My jeep wont start

My 2003 jeep grand cherokee laredo will crank but wont
start fuel pressure is good code says low voltage to ASD no
power to PCM ive checked all wires fuses and relays i DO
get a check engine light so dose this mean my PCM is
shot???

TRY/CHECK Power to PCM from ASD relay on PCM connector C3 Pin 12 (dg/pk wire) not present.

The ASD relay is responsible for supplying switched 12-volt power to the vehicle's injectors and ignition coils
