02 Grand Cherokee limited edition 4x4

Asked by Dawn Aug 27, 2014 at 04:47 PM about the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Whaaa whaaaa whaaaa. Noise coming from front end.  It's a low roaring/whining sound
upon acceleration.  Just had it aligned and two new tires put on.  I thought maybe a
wheel bearing..  Mechanic said transfer case or differential.   It's not clanging or banging.
No shacking.  No gage lights, temp is fine.

I will get that taken care of. Thank you Tom! These new ones have deeper and different tread.
