The vehicle came with P235/R70 16   I have four brand-new tires which are P245/R70 16 will there be any major affects on the vehicle

And they will be only ½" taller overall, your speedometer will show 65 at a true 66¼ mph. Nothing to be concerned with, just as tennisshoes points out
