My reverse lights and my turn signals do not work. But my flashers do. What could cause this 2000 jeep cherokee

You probably have two-filament brake/dir signal bulbs. That's why the hazard flashers work but the dir signals don't - different circuits. I would replace your flasher unit (under dash typically) to fix the turn signals and then look at the switch usually located either on your trans housing or somewhere on your shifter to get the back up lights working.
