Dash Light

Is the dash supposed to show a green light in the shape of a light-bulb during normal operations?  Or is this the indicator that a bulb is burnt out?
I'm having electrical issues (surprise, surprise...) and am currently troubleshooting it.

no its not during normal ops. it means that a bulb is out somewhere. if none are out i could be a ground problem.
