2002 Grand Cherokee V8 died while driving and not giving any codes or no dash light

Driving to work and without warning Jeep died.  No lights on dash flashing of any type of failure. Tried to use scan to get code and will not scan.  Battery has 14 volts and charged. Engine will not turn over when you turn switch.

check bat. cables and large fuses in under-hood box
