Hard start morning only

1995 ZJ 5.2 hard start in mornings, Replaced fuel pump, Crank sensor, fuel
relay, wires, the plugs, cap, and rotor are fine. When I can hear the fuel pump
prime up it starts, when i do not hear it it does not start. PCM next?

additional info, after it cranks in the morning it is fine all day until the next morning and mostly harder to start when it is cold
