No crank not starting

My 95 stock zj was running fine. Drove it for a 200
mile trip no problem. Fired up to go back home.
Drove home and made a pitstop came back to
start it up, all power turns on but when i turn to
crank it, it does nothing at all. Have changed my
starter,ignition switch, my nss.. any ideas what it
could be? All power components are good.
Cleaned up and all.

Thanks swapped my starter relay and my auto shut off today. No luck. Going to pull of my "new" starter to get tested. Tried to jump the starter earlier woth a flat head. It was clicking but not turning over
