will not crank if it sits more than 1 day ( brand new battery)

I have a 2003 chev Silverado z71 and have a brand new battery in it , if I crank it every day it is fine but if I skip a day or two , it kills the battery.

Either the battery is junk or you have a parasitic drain on the battery, drawing current after the key is shut off DUH
