Cooling system issue

I have a 2005 Grand Caravan SXT....I noticed it
start running hot....the temp would go up and
down....I changed the thermostat but to no
avail...now it drops coolant from where the
thermostats sits behind the main hose and still
over heats. I have checked the oil to make sure it's
not a cracked head....where to now?
