Engine swap

How posible is it to swap a 2002 Honda civic 1.7l engine onto
a 2003 or cruiser?  A friend of mine has a cruiser that's
engine in nearing the end of its life. I have currently a 2002
complete parts car with a mint engine but the body is
smashed from an accident.  How possible is it to swap out
the front ends, engine and transmission.  He is on a minimum
budget.  I know fabrication will be involved but if its pisible
I'm willing to give him the front end.  Any help would be great.
