While driving my 2002 Ford Explore the electricity in the truck will go out but when I checked the fuse it was alright so then I had it looked at and the mechanic said it could be that theres plastic maybe melting on some of the wires. So what do I Do and this morning I turned the truck on and it started but a couple mins late I tried to start it again and it didn't start it just made a tick tick noise. but the music comes on an my powered windows roll down slow

DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AND TAKE IT TO A REAL MECHANIC. There is a short circuit somewhere and your truck may catch fire.
