Fuse issues

2001 Ford Explorer sport. We have a
mysterious fuse/ electtical issues with the
interior overhead lights going out. Once we
checked the fuse,which was not blown, put
it back in. They still did not come on even
though we changed out the bulbs.
Right afterwards the gauge cluster stopped
on us. So now that fuse wasnt blown either.
Well now our interior lights work and the
gauge cludter doesnt!! Help
We Put a new fuse in
