This might just be a hydraulic problem with the clutch master or slave cylinder.

Check the fluid level in the reservoir. You might need to bleed the system or maybe replace the cylinders. Does the clutch slip?

The clutch hydraulic reservoir should be near the brake fluid reservoir on the drivers side near the firewall.

If you are stuck along the road call AAA or whatever other service you have.
