my explorer sport wont go in anywhere when in reverse but other gears work fine

Check the ATF level but you probably need to have the transmission rebuilt. Check out the Ford factory rebuilt transmissions as they are probably the best there are and they have a really good warranty too. Contact your Ford dealer for more info.
