Rent a good lift and have a helper that knows what they are doing. An engine tilting device can help a lot.

Take care when removing the exhaust system from the manifolds under the vehicle. The studs become rusty and brittle from exposure. If you snap one off you will have to weld one back on. It is a tight fit on the drivers side.
