Will an explorer with 150K in miles give me a lot of trouble?

Asked by needvehicleadvice Sep 14, 2016 at 10:41 AM about the 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer V8 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was looking at at least a 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bower edition with
150,000 and I need this to travel my family in.  Do you think it will be very
expensive for maintenance over the next 100,000 miles?  Was this a good year
for the explorer? I was thinking about the 4x4 but I don't know if that makes a
difference?

Thank you so much!
