The process is extremely easy, but I will not explain it here. Rather I will explain what the consequences could be. As you know if the switch is defeated the starter has enough power to cause the the vehicle to move significantly fast if the key is turned while in gear. Before I retired the exact same thing happened and a person was killed who was standing behind a vehicle altered in such a way. As part of the fatality investigation the vehicle was confiscated and it's operation checked. The neutral safety switch had been bypassed. If you understand what vehicular negligent homicide means no other explanation is needed.

Obviously reading comprehension is not your only problem. An inability to figure out how to bypass a simple safety switch eludes you. Notice how no one else has assisted you in your homicidal endeavor.
