Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Today after coming up a hill my 4x4 light flashed
and my abs light came on for about 1-2 minutes I
was parking when this happened... It never came
back on.. 2and a half weeks ago I had a wheel hub
bearing fixed... Any suggestions.. I am a Lil
paranoid with lights on.. Will my breaks work
normal

Maybe the wheel speed sensor in a hub is going out or the new wiring harness connector was not plugged in all the way.

Both my front wheel speed sensors in my 02 F150 went out after a really bad snow storm, probably from moisture or dirt getting inside the hubs. Later when I replaced both wheel bearings the ABS light finally went out.

Thanks.. It only came on for a minute and then went off.. I had my differential replaced a few months back.. Along with Pcv valve due to a high idle all my work was done at carx.. I just hate to think my brakes wouldn't work

The brakes will still work but the ABS may not be there in slippery conditions. If the light comes on and stays on have the ABS codes read.
