I Have A 2004 5.4 Triton Ford Expendtion Xlt And
When I Start It And Leaving In Running For A Few
Minutes It Starts Ticking Or Knocking Under The
Truck Or Even When I Drive It And I Got To Stop At
A Red Light It Will Start Doing It But The Sound
Sounds Like It's Coming From Under The Truck
Kinda Of Towards The Back

Have the hot idle oil pressure tested. My guess it is too low causing the noise.

I've checked the oil and had the oil changed an put a new oil filter it didn't change anything

ticking and knocking is to different sounds. Knocking would suggest an internal part inside the engine. Ticking would suggest maybe a plug coming loose. These engines are notorious for failing plug threads where when manufactured not enough threads were created when milled into the heads. Check and make sure all your plugs are tight. If not advise as there is a way to correct the problem without removing the heads.

Re-read my answer above. It has NOTHING to do with changing the oil or the oil level.
