93 ford ranger XLT can not get chime to stop chimming

If it's a door chime, you have a broken or stuck sensor in the door jamb. If it's a key chime you likely have a broken ignition switch that doesn't recognize the key position.

Unplug the left front radio speaker. I believe that's where the chime sound comes from. Hope that helps! Jim
