you have to check for proper spark and fuel pressure , , some vehicles are finicky just having fuel pressure won't do . do you hear the fuel pump prime the system when you hit the key ? check for power and ground at the pump if no pressure , it probably wasn't the regulator , are the injectors firing ?

Did you actually test the fuel pressure? If so, what was it?

Replace all spark plugs,, fuel pressure sensor. Crank position sensor, mass air flow sensor , idle air control valve now check engine light came on after about 20 miles drive time
