Sounds like you have a ground problem. Clean all of the ground connections you find including where the black battery cable connects to the engine block and the ground that is on the drivers side under the cab on the frame about where the drivers door opens. You can clean them all at one time or clean one and try your accessories to see if the problem went away then tf you have the problem again you will know where to start.

Use a dvom to test the voltage on every single fuse while the key is on. Every single fuse should have battery voltage or nothing. No in between. I am NOT having you test for a bad fuse you are testing the ignition switch.

The only ground those items share is at the negative battery terminal. If that was loose the truck wouldn't start.
