my 02 Chevy Silverado 2500 Is acting like the wheels r getting stuck sometimes when I take off from a stop sign. It jerks and barely goes. Also makes a whining noise when turn the key over

I have replaced the alternator, battery,
1 & 7 of the coil pack allrecently
within the past 3 months. before I
replaced number 1 & 7 of the coil
pacK it was acting like it was running
out of gas occasionally then it would
kick in and drive just fine. any
suggestions on what's wrong with my
truck and what I need to do to get it
fixed to working properly

Check the brake,s for the sticking problem on take off,caliper,s may be sticking,and the whinning noise could be the fuel pump,
