I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500, the gauges will shut off after engine is turned off and back on.

The gauges in the instrument panel will not work after turning off the truck and starting it back up. they will how ever start back up the next day or if I touch the power window switch.

I would like to see if I can do it myself before it gets to spendy,my labor doesn't cost a time
