I have a 2002 Chevy silverado 2500HD 4X4 6.0
gas. When I lock it in 4hi and 4lo they both engage
but when I start to drive neither will allow
transmission to shift out of 1st gear and it also
give a whining noise.

Also speedometer doesn't work when locked in 4wd anyone know what it could be? Need help asap please
