Question type: Maintenance & Repair

so I have a 2003 chevy Silverado 2500 hd 6.0L that I currently have an issue with a coolant leak. It looks to be leaking from a line coming from the top passenger side of radiator. the line is steel and then goes into a steel braided hose. can someone please help me out on what this line is for or what it is called so I can get this problem solved?

A pic might help, but as a guess, it's either an oil cooler, trans cooler, or possibly surge tank heater hose. Follow it to see where it goes.

easiest way to do that is take a pic, go to dealer and buy part. they have alot of lines that go from steel to braided for curves and they rust out and leak. telling you which one here is impossible at this point with such little info. sorry
